#return-tips

Leave Time for the Return
A smooth handoff starts with arriving early, particularly at airports and busy city locations. Keep your rental agreement accessible and allow a few extra minutes for a walk-around with the return agent.
Refuel and Clear the Cabin
Follow the fuel policy on your agreement and keep the receipt. Check the glovebox, door pockets, trunk, center console, and charging ports before you go; small personal items are the most common things left behind.
Create a Final Record
Take clear photos of the car, fuel gauge, and mileage at the return location. Ask for a receipt that confirms the vehicle condition and end time, then keep it with your booking details until the final statement is complete.
